Recently, Martin Gera, of Slovakia, posted a question to
"ng4doc@ncar.ucar.edu", asking for help in using the data
from a particular GRIB file. In order to help him, we need
to take a look at the GRIB file (which apparently uses some
features supported by the European GRIB standard). We have
tried to send e-mail to Martin using "gera@hs21.sk", but the
mail bounced. We would appreciate it if he would contact us.
