ctrans problem

    Dear NcarGraphics users,

    I am a post graduate student and i have been trying to
    install the Ncargraphics for the last week.
    Unfortunately and though the ncargex command works
    when i ask for the ctrans i get the message "command not
    found".
    Would it be because i have to download any other program
    except from Ncar 4.3.0?
