multiple users and ncarg?

    Hello,
There is a discussion regarding NCAR graphics going on in a
local tech support group here at FSU MET. The "metlab" box
is a Sun Microsystems "SunRay" setup ... one server(Solaris),
and with twenty or so Xterminals (Sun Appliances). For some
reason there is a problem when several different users on this
system try to use NCAR graphics. Does anyone have ideas as to
what may be causing this problem.
Sincerely, Bob Broedel, Meteorology, Florida State University

This is what I thought initially, and it still may be the case.
However, in this case the compiler typically gives a licence error
and doesn't allow you to compile (and then locks other users from
compiling for some period of time). In our case, the program appears
to compile fine, but the output from execution is incorrect.
Clearly there is a problem with multiple users somewhere - may
well be fortran and not ncarg.
