Hi NCAR world

1 I'm a new NCAR user. I would like to plot a grid with some vectors.
My grid is: x-axis 40. to 120.
y-axis 20. to 100.

For each vector I have the start-point (x1,y1) and the end-point (x2,y2).

Does anybody can help me to set the appropriate parameters and call
the right subroutines? I would appreciate any help.
