    Thanks for looking at this. PS is fine since I typically do touch up in
    Adobe Illustrator before doing anything that needs EPSI -- and AI can
    add the bitmap and bounding box.

    I've been having some other problems w/ ncarg and AI, but I think that
    needs a separate thread on ncarg-talk.
