Hi,

I am working with a Regional Ocean Model System, ROMS.
I use ncarg to read the output of the model.
So when I try to compile the "coast" program (a ROMS routine), because I
am working on an Alpha UNIX V4.0, I compile so:

make -f Makefile.Alpha coast

the following is the answer:

ncargf77 -o coast -O -u -automatic -I/usr/local/include coast.o
4801:/usr/local/bin/ncargpath: /sbin/loader: Error: Unresolved symbol in
/usr/local/bin/ncargpath: _F64_stat
4801:/usr/local/bin/ncargpath: /sbin/loader: Fatal Error: this executable
has unresolvable symbols
*** Exit 1
Stop.

could anybody help me to understand this statement and eventually tell me
how to fix it!!
thank you in advance
best
Davide
