where can I download the sources of NCARG 4.3 ?

I'm looking for the sources of NCARG 4.3.0, because the programs
I use on my computer need this previous version of the library. I get
error messages when I use NCARG 4.4.1.

I looked on your web site, but I didn't find the sources of NCARG4.3.
Can anyone help me, and send me these files ?
