hi ,I can draw SKEW-T picture in RIP program .But I can not underdstand
some logogram in THE parcel information ,for example CELL ,SWEAT ,VGP,PW,,HWBZ,LAPSE,TT,and so on .can anyone can tell me what is meaning or how or where to find its expaination ?
