This error results from calling an incorrect sequence of workstation
functions. In order to deactivate a workstation, using GDAWK, it
must be active (by having called GACWK); in order to close a
workstation, using GCLWK, it must be open (by having called GOPWK).
Error 7 will be produced, for example, if you try to close a
workstation that has not been opened.
