Hello all,
I've been looking at the Wmap functions WMDRRG and WMDRFT to possibly
create splined polygons on maps to repesent wind adjusted range circles
for aircraft..
Unfortunately, WMDRRG doesn't provide a bordered hollow splined polygon and
WNDRFT won't 'close' on itself. In the latter case, I've tried describing
to data such that the first and last points in the data statement are the
same but the resultant 'front' won't close in on itself.
I've also tried the GKS function GFA but it doesn't spline.
Is there any way to make WMDRRG to create a bordered, hollow splined
polygon or any way to make WMDRFT produce a fron which closes in on itself?
I'm currently using NCAR Graphics Software Version 4.3.0 on Redhat Linux
6.2
Thanks in advance,
John
