Using CPSPS2 in order to initialize CONPACK

In initializing CONPACK, I used CPSPS2 because of the irregularity of
data.
then, I used CPCLDR to draw contour lines. so, I can see contour plots.
But I can't draw line label in that plots. In case that CPRECT is used
to initialize
CONPACK, I can draw line label easily.
