Log Contour Plots

NCAR Folks,

       A scientist wants to generate a contour image, but the Y-axis
       is a log scale. He had set LS=2, but he claims it does not get
       interperted correctly. I found an example of a Y-axis log plot
       in the collection of examples provided, but I did not find an
       example of a contoured image with a Y-axis log scale. Is there
       an example of how to correctly generate such an image ? Any
       special things to keep in mind (other than LS=2) when putting
       one together ?
