Plotting overbar to represent a mean

 I would like to plot an overbar on a term in an equation given by the
 plotchar string below

     ':F30:V:F34:WQ:F33:z:F35:B'

 The string represents an upper case V dot DEL ZETA'. I would like to put
 a bar over the V to indicate that it is a mean/average quantity.

 Is there any way to do this using the plotchar routines/function codes?
