any Windows NT ports ?

I realize that NCAR Graphics is written for and supported on Unix
machines, but I have a user of one of my NCARG-using codes who is
interested in porting the code over to Windows NT on a PC. The answer
to question #5 in the FAQ suggests that there might be people out
there who have done such a port of the NCAR package. Is there anyone
out there who has?
