Hi,
if you would like to edit your NCAR graphics plots somehow, I would suggest
to do the following:
1.) create plot, output ncgm file
2.) use NCAR utility ncgm2cgm to convert ncgm file to 'vanilla' cgm format
3.) use Corel Draw3.0 or FrameMaker5.0 : import cgm file and edit as you like.
May be there are other tools available which allow the import of cgm-format files.
If you would like to edit the PostScript output of NCAR graphics, the only way to
edit I know about is: Use Acrobat Destiller to convert *.ps to *.pdf and use
Adobe Illustrator5.5 to to edit the *.pdf graphics.
