Need graphcap for Polaroid Digital Palette CI5000s slide maker

Has someone written a graphcap for the Polaroid Digital Palette CI 5000s
slide maker? According to my collaborator, he needs tiff files for use
with this device. I have not found a postscript-to-tiff type converter and
a CI5000s graphcap would be more direct anyway...
