New Political Boundaries for former Soviet Union ??

NCAR folks,

     The NCAR world map includes political boundaries, which have been
     occassionally quite useful. However with the fall of the Soviet
     Union, obviously some of these have changed. Does anybody know
     if there is an updated world map for the NCAR Graphics package
     available anywhere ??? The file I was using was ezmapdata.
