Did you install NCAR Graphics from source code (building it) or from
a pre-compiled binary?

These errors indicate that libraries libncarg.a, libncarg_c.a and
libncarg_gks.a may not have been built properly. If
you installed from source code, you may consult the output of the
build process for errors (please feel free to sent it
along if you would like).

If you installed from precompiled binaries, please contact me directly.
