There seem to be a number of problems, after looking at your last
message. Can
you resend me your latest make-output file so I can take a look?

One possibility that might help, if you find yourself running into
incompatible
libraries, is to set compiler environment variables rather than
trying to get
all the options in the $NCARG/config files.
