This is to let everyone know that we've been doing some tests, and we
think this is an X11 applications/CentOS problem, and not an ictrans
problem. We were able to reproduce this problem using the common X11
application "xclock" which is not part of NCAR Graphics or NCL.

Andy is going to see if he can find any answers from a CentOS forum.

Meanwhile, if anybody has any ideas on this, we'd love to hear them!
